What is fascia?+
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, joint, nerve and organ in the body. It forms a single continuous layer from head to toe and fills the spaces between everything else.
For a long time it was regarded as inert packaging. It is now understood to be living tissue with its own cells, its own blood supply and a dense network of nerve endings, including those that register pain.

How is fascia connected to chronic pain and stiffness?+
Emerging research increasingly shows that fascia is a part of many chronic pain and stiffness conditions. Imaging studies have measured thicker, stiffer fascia in people living with long-term pain than in those without it. Tissue studies have found that pain-sensing nerve endings become denser as the condition of the fascia declines.
A 2025 review of 25 years of research concluded that densified fascia moves less freely, places mechanical load on the nerves within it, and contributes to sustaining pain signals over time. Fascia is now one of the most active areas of chronic pain research.

What causes fascia to densify?+
Healthy fascia depends on water and a specific set of nutrients. Hyaluronic acid and other nutrients hold water within the tissue. Silica, manganese and boron maintain the collagen framework that gives it structure, and plant compounds called proanthocyanidins protect that framework from breakdown.
When the body is under prolonged strain, from illness, injury, surgery, hormonal change or chronic stress, it prioritizes the vital organs. Connective tissue is supplied last, so fascia is among the first tissues to run short. Without those nutrients it can no longer hold water. It thickens, stiffens and tightens around the muscles and nerves it surrounds. Researchers call this densification, and they describe it as a reversible state.
How can a single tissue be a part of so many different symptoms?+
Fascia surrounds every muscle and nerve in the body, so when it densifies the effects are rarely confined to one area. Tension around muscle can be a part of widespread pain and stiffness.
Densified fascia also sends a constant stream of signals to the nervous system. Research suggests this can keep the nervous system in a heightened state, which can be a part of the wired-but-tired feeling, consistently poor sleep, intense fatigue through the day and brain fog. Symptoms that appear unrelated are increasingly being studied through this one tissue.

Why hasn't my doctor mentioned fascia, and why are my tests normal?+
Most of this research is recent. The nerve network within deep fascia was first mapped in 2021, and reliable methods for imaging fascia were published in 2025, well after most physicians completed their training.
Standard tests also aren't designed to assess fascia. Bloodwork, X-rays and routine scans evaluate blood, bone, joints and organs. It is common to have persistent symptoms alongside normal results.

How credible is the research?+
All of it is published in peer-reviewed journals by independent university research groups, including teams at the University of Padova and the National Institutes of Health. Fasciora did not fund or conduct any of it.
More than thirty studies on fascia and on the ingredients in Fasciora are linked to their original sources on The Science page.
What does Fasciora do?+
Fasciora gives fascia back the nutrients it has run short of. The formula is built around four functions: hyaluronic acid and pine bark extract to restore hydration, grape seed extract, silica, manganese and boron to protect and maintain the collagen framework, serrapeptase to clear the protein buildup that accumulates in densified tissue, and boswellia and gotu kola to support a healthy inflammatory response.
It contains nothing that numbs or sedates. It works at the level of the tissue, which is why results develop over weeks.
Why nine ingredients and not just hyaluronic acid?+
Hyaluronic acid binds water, but densified fascia has also lost the nutrients that maintain its structure, and protein debris has built up between its layers. Hydration alone does not hold in tissue in that state. Each of the nine ingredients addresses a different part of the process, and they are formulated to work together.
How does Fasciora differ from what I've already tried?+
Most supplements are formulated for other tissues. Glucosamine and chondroitin target cartilage, magnesium targets muscle, collagen supplies general amino acids, and turmeric acts on broad inflammatory pathways. Most prescriptions for chronic pain act on the nervous system.
Fasciora is the first supplement formulated specifically for fascia. Many of our customers had tried a long list of products before it.
Is Fasciora suitable for my condition?+
Fasciora is formulated for people living with chronic pain and stiffness conditions, with or without a formal diagnosis. Emerging research shows fascia can be a part of many of these conditions regardless of how they began, whether after an illness, an injury, a surgery or a hormonal change. Fasciora supports that tissue and is taken alongside existing care.
How long does it take for Fasciora to work?+
Most customers report early changes at 2 to 4 weeks, clearer improvement at 6 to 8 weeks, and the fullest results at around 90 days. Connective tissue changes gradually, and those who have had symptoms for many years tend to be toward the longer end.
Pain and stiffness are usually the first to ease. Sleep tends to improve next, followed by daytime energy and mental clarity. Daily consistency matters most, and adequate water and gentle movement help the tissue take up fluid and nutrients.
Do I need to keep taking it?+
Fasciora works by supplying nutrients, so its effects depend on continued use. There is no dependency and it can be stopped at any time. Customers who stop generally report that symptoms return gradually over several months, which is why most continue.

Who is behind Fasciora?+
Fasciora began with a single observation. Emerging research was showing fascia to be a part of many chronic pain and stiffness conditions, yet nothing had been formulated for it.
Fasciora was developed by working backwards from that research to identify what fascia needs and which ingredients have human studies behind them. It is now recommended by more than 400 clinicians, including physical therapists, chiropractors and physicians. Every study we reference is linked on our Science page, and every dose is on the label.
